This involves hiring and full communications of all vendors for a successful wedding, including (but not limited to) event decorators, caterers, bakers, photographers, videographers, ministers, locations, florists, favours, staff, setup crew, clean-up crew, coordination crew, bartenders, servers, live music/DJ, linen rentals, chair covers, glasses and crockery.

Everything we do here at Eutopia is styled and designed around your personal vision of your dream wedding, down to the tiniest of detail.

This includes Venue Décor, Bridal and Bridesmaids Bouquets, Buttonholes, Corsages, and Centrepieces.
Together we’ll build your perfect package by bringing together your choice of flowers, décor, colour schemes, style of venue & budget, making sure you get what you envisaged for your special day.

This service is perfect for every couple that has planned and organised their own weddings but would like someone to take over the finalisation of finer details so they can relax leading up to the wedding. This service will incorporate a meeting at least six weeks prior to the wedding in order for me to take a brief and coordinate and liaise with suppliers regarding timing, placement and updates leading up to the big day ensuring your day is as perfect as you envisaged.
